TL;DR

Google Channel Lead (Performance Marketing): Building and scaling Google as a primary acquisition engine across a portfolio of emerging brands with an accent on Demand Gen, PMax, and YouTube. Focus on defining measurement requirements, leading a performance team, and optimizing technical signals for algorithm efficiency.

Location: Remote from Europe or hybrid in Vilnius (4 days onsite).

Salary: €5,500 – €7,000 gross per month

What you will do

  • Build and scale the Google channel across a portfolio of new brands to make it a primary acquisition source.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of performance specialists, setting standards and owning performance.
  • Define measurement requirements and collaborate with tracking experts on server-side tagging, offline conversions, and Ads Data Hub.
  • Scale Demand Gen, PMax, and YouTube as performance channels while maintaining Search as a reliable baseline.
  • Partner with CEOs, Marketing Managers, and Tech Developers to design high-converting account structures.
  • Manage the relationship with Google partners to gain early access, best practices, and co-funding.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance/growth marketing with deep expertise in Google Search, Demand Gen, PMax, and YouTube.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Proven experience scaling acquisition for e-commerce/DTC and subscription business models.
  • Deep technical fluency in bidding, signals, and attribution.
  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Strong data literacy in attribution models and incrementality testing.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health & wellness B2C.
  • Working knowledge of additional channels such as Meta or AppLovin.
