What you will do

• Design and own the strategy for user reward schemes at scale using behavioral signals and market dynamics.
• Architect real-time personalization systems for reward values operating at production scale.
• Define systems for detecting and diagnosing underperforming campaigns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of ML systems from problem framing to production.
• Set the technical bar for ML across the organization and establish best practices.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to align technical capabilities with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Strong track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact problems from first principles to production independently.
• Deep expertise in statistics, causal inference, and experimentation at scale.
• Mastery of Python and SQL with extensive hands-on cloud and production systems experience.
• History of setting technical direction and raising the bar for engineering teams.
• Communication range to influence both engineers and senior business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Passion for gaming and intuition for player behavior.
• Experience in adtech, monetization platforms, or the gambling industry.
• Familiarity with gaming KPIs such as pLTV, retention, and ROAS.
