What you will do

• Manage the data science practice end-to-end, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development of data scientists.
• Personally design and ship high-complexity ML models, training and inference pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
• Partner with account and strategy teams to scope proposals and act as a trusted data advisor for clients.
• Lead the adoption of agentic AI and AI-native engineering practices for internal and client solutions.
• Integrate data science within CRM and personalization strategies using platforms like Adobe AEP, Salesforce, or Braze.
• Establish practice guidelines, reusable accelerators, and a data science product catalogue.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on data science experience combined with client advisory skills.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering), and hypothesis testing.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
• Formal experience managing and mentoring a technical team.
• Domain knowledge in CRM and marketing technology (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, or Braze).
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office (hybrid, ~4 days/week).
• English: Excellent communication skills (C1+) required.

Nice to have

• Agency or consultancy experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
• CRM certifications (e.g., Adobe CJA, RTCDP).
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with agentic AI or AI-driven automation use cases.
