What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
- Design and ship high-complexity ML models, including propensity scoring, attribution, and recommender systems.
- Partner with account and strategy teams to scope client projects, shape proposals, and act as a trusted data advisor.
- Lead the adoption of agentic AI practices, coaching the team on AI-native engineering and designing production-grade agentic solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure solutions are grounded in robust infrastructure and statistical rigor.
- Establish practice guidelines, reusable accelerators, and maturity frameworks to drive commercial impact.
Requirements
- 5β8 years of hands-on data science experience combining technical depth with client advisory.
- Formal management experience is essential, with a coaching-oriented leadership style.
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, ML techniques, Python, and advanced SQL.
- Domain knowledge in CRM and marketing technology (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Braze).
- Prior consulting or agency experience is expected.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Agency or consultancy experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
- CRM certifications (e.g., Adobe CJA, RTCDP).
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
