What you will do

• Operate, stabilize, and further develop the data platform landscape.
• Design and deliver solutions for operations, automation, data engineering, and integration.
• Standardize and automate infrastructure, setup, release, and run processes.
• Perform production-grade troubleshooting, stabilization, migrations, and hypercare.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD, monitoring, logging, alerting, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in platform operations, automation, and data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Python, and Kafka.
• Solid experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and incremental processing.
• Experience with deployment, version control, and production monitoring/logging.
• Good English proficiency in speaking and writing.
