Solution Engineer (Agentic AI)

TL;DR

Solution Engineer (Agentic AI): Designing and deploying agentic AI solutions on hirify.global hardware for enterprise and government customers in the MENA region with an accent on solution architecture, technical demos, and customer integration. Focus on bridging technical requirements between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and global engineering teams to drive adoption of the Agentic Platform.

What you will do

• Partner with GCC enterprise customers in banking, energy, and telecom to design agentic AI architectures on hirify.global hardware.
• Conduct technical demos, workshops, and proofs of concept (PoCs) at customer sites.
• Guide customers through the full deployment cycle of the Agentic Platform, from initial setup to production.
• Translate technical requirements and blockers between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and global engineering teams.
• Create technical content including solution briefs, deployment guides, and case studies in Arabic and English.
• Provide field feedback to the platform team to influence product development and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Python, TypeScript, Go, C++, Rust, React, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Linux, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English for leading meetings and writing documentation.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms with a KSA presence (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Prior experience working with system integrators or consulting firms in the MENA region.
