What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of a brand-new AI Agent platform for enterprise customer service.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of AI/ML engineers, establishing workflows and best practices.
- Build and maintain reusable AI services to accelerate high-quality development.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Drive the scaling plan for AI Agents to meet aggressive revenue and performance metrics.
- Bring structure and clarity to an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong practical experience in designing, training, deploying, and evaluating LLM-based systems.
- Expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and production AI systems.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
- Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in SaaS, particularly within customer service AI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
