What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end video analysis pipelines integrating visual, audio, and text data.
• Own and optimize self-hosted LLM infrastructure to meet strict data privacy regulations.
• Deploy and monitor models in secure, production-grade containerized environments.
• Manage inference pipelines, performance trade-offs, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers while influencing architecture and engineering standards.
• Partner with Product to define roadmaps and execute on complex feature development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning with depth in Computer Vision, Video Analysis, and LLMs.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems, not just prototypes.
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure management.
• Ability to own the full AI lifecycle from modeling to deployment and monitoring.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and technical depth.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or CX platforms.
• Exposure to Arabic multimodal or NLP, including OCR for Arabic text.
• Knowledge of Generative video, diffusion models, or Edge AI optimization.
