What you will do

• Conduct user research including interviews, workshops, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate insights into personas, user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems in Figma using components and tokens.
• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces that balance user needs with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Continuously improve design processes and integrate AI tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing for enterprise software or complex digital systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for improved developer collaboration.
• Interest in applying AI tools to design workflows and product innovation.
