What you will do

• Design and enhance user journeys to improve usability and streamline automated workflows.
• Create rapid prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to support iterative, agile development.
• Develop UI/UX interface designs for a web-based platform, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders; produce clear design documentation and participate in sprint planning.
• Conduct usability tests and feedback sessions, refining designs based on user behavior insights.
• Develop and maintain the design system to ensure speed, consistency, and cohesive design language.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex, modern digital products.
• Proven experience designing feature-rich, functional web applications beyond marketing sites.
• Strong proficiency with UX/UI and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Canva.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight design deadlines.
• Strong understanding of agentic workflows (automation, AI, and multi-agent system workflows) is highly valued.
• Comprehensive portfolio showing user flow design and delivery from concept to production-ready mockups.
