What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating closely with level 2 and 3 support teams.
- Diagnose and take ownership of complex technical or functional problems.
- Participate in bug bashes for new versions and create expert knowledge articles.
- Submit product enhancement requests and automate customer support tasks.
- Propose and implement improvements to the backend and diagnostic tools.
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent experience, ideally in information technology.
- Proven experience in a SaaS company, software integrator, or CRM/Call center.
- Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables.
- Experience with API management and data import/export processing.
- Must be based in Tunis for hybrid work.

- Spanish language proficiency.
