Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Launch and maintain managed OSS products, such as DataHub, on the hirify.global platform.
• Develop end-to-end features, from Python-based backend services to React-based user flows in the hirify.global Console.
• Upstream bug fixes, optimizations, and feature enhancements to original open-source projects.
• Experiment with and implement AI pipelines, including synthetic metadata generation and text-to-SQL capabilities.
• Construct the hirify.global Context Layer to turn fragmented technologies into a seamless platform experience.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python and comfort with learning other languages like Java.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript for building intuitive UI flows.
• Deep integration of AI tools into the daily development process and automation workflows.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup-like environments with a high degree of ownership.
• Literacy in modern data systems such as PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Kafka.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an early startup hire.
• Active contributions to open-source software (OSS) projects.
• Interest in the Data & Analytics (DnA) market, data catalogs, or ontologies.
• Experience with Agentic workflows or Graph RAG.
