What you will do

• Proactively recruit and manage high-volume affiliates, KOLs, and crypto trading communities.
• Implement data-driven strategies to increase trading volume and user acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers and partners.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide market insights and optimize offerings.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from initial outreach to long-term retention.

Requirements

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Proven track record in building large affiliate networks from scratch.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting KPIs and market data.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
