What you will do
- Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and networks.
- Expand influencer resources in the local market to drive trading users and platform revenue.
- Devise creative strategies to identify and acquire potential affiliates.
- Optimize business development strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to guide business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience within the Cryptocurrency space.
- Proven track record of building large affiliate networks from scratch.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
- Strong understanding of affiliate acquisition KPIs and data-driven optimization.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
