What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and networks.
  • Expand influencer resources in the local market to drive trading users and platform revenue.
  • Devise creative strategies to identify and acquire potential affiliates.
  • Optimize business development strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Analyze user behavior and market trends to guide business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience within the Cryptocurrency space.
  • Proven track record of building large affiliate networks from scratch.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate acquisition KPIs and data-driven optimization.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
