What you will do

• Identify and attract new affiliates, including KOLs, influencers, and trading schools.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the CIS region.
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize offerings and attract high-quality users.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate or BD roles within the crypto industry, preferably in the CIS market.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (required).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Deep understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

• Experience working with cross-cultural or cross-timezone teams.
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange.
