MLOps / Gen AI Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

MLOps / Gen AI Engineer (AWS): Implementing MLOps, Gen AI Ops, and Agentic AI Ops for financial services use cases with an accent on AWS infrastructure and model lifecycle management. Focus on building ML/GenAI pipelines using SageMaker and Bedrock, provisioning infrastructure via Terraform, and ensuring production observability.

Location: Hybrid from Warsaw (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1100-1400 PLN/day

Polish IT consultancy providing specialized experts for large-scale international projects, currently partnering with a leading Nordic financial group.

What you will do

• Implement MLOps, Gen AI Ops, and Agentic AI Ops for AI use cases within the GFCP area.
• Build and operate ML/GenAI pipelines utilizing AWS SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Provision and manage AWS cloud resources using Terraform as Infrastructure as Code.
• Integrate and orchestrate a wide array of AWS services across the ML lifecycle.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability for production models and AI agents.
• Collaborate within an Agile (SAFe) framework to deliver program objectives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and Bedrock services.
• Proficiency with the AWS stack, including Glue, S3, VPC, Lambda, EC2, ECS, and CloudWatch.
• Experience in provisioning cloud resources using Terraform.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team with daily English communication.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model)
