TL;DR

Working Student Learning & Development (HR): Supporting the global People & Culture team in designing and implementing training initiatives with an accent on structured learning concepts and international people development processes. Focus on preparing training plans, creating e-learning content, and collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid/Remote flexibility offered).

Salary: 17.00 EUR/hour (approx. 2,720 EUR/month based on full-time equivalent).

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of global training and development strategies.
• Identify organizational training needs and assist in structuring the overall training plan.
• Coordinate training sessions and collaborate with external providers.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis documents for decision-making.
• Create and develop e-learning content and digital training formats.
• Collaborate on projects within the global P&C Learning & Development team.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent English language skills (German or Spanish is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured, proactive working style with a drive to optimize processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• First experience in L&D or training creation is an advantage.
