What you will do

• Coordinate and execute UAV training events and demos, managing logistics and flight schedules.
• Define and implement scalable standards for training operations and optimize existing workflows.
• Drive internal projects and act as a cross-functional interface between Repair, Support, Production, and Marketing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining certifications, flight logs, and supporting audits.
• Manage UAV equipment inventory, track parts, and coordinate repairs to ensure asset availability.
• Prepare training materials, process documentation, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Vocational training in a commercial, administrative, or operational field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or training management.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work predominantly on-site in Gilching to support physical systems and equipment.
