What you will do

• Support Engine Program Managers in building and maintaining integrated program plans.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and interfaces across development, procurement, and testing.
• Monitor program budgets, cost-to-complete, and EAC updates in collaboration with Finance.
• Maintain the program risk register and track mitigation actions.
• Prepare status reports, management dashboards, and documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Ensure consistency and traceability of program data while contributing to PMO process improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or industrial management.
• First experience in project or program management within a complex technical environment.
• Solid understanding of planning, cost tracking, and risk management.
• Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
• Ability to work in an international, fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich (relocation assistance provided).
