What you will do
- Administer policies, answer queries, and respond to customer complaints.
- Assist advisers and customers in setting up accounts and identifying suitable financial products.
- Prepare letters and other financial documents with high attention to detail.
- Process adviser requests efficiently to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to deliver appropriate client outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for recording and interpreting report data.
- Must be based in Southampton.
