What you will do

• Design and develop agent-based AI systems using modern frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Translate ambiguous high-level business problems into concrete AI architectures and working solutions.
• Productionize GenAI solutions as secure, scalable APIs fully integrated into the corporate technology landscape.
• Manage the full software lifecycle, including prototyping, validation, productionization, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Data Scientists in short, high-impact engagements.
• Engineer systems for reliability, explainability, latency, and cost control for business-critical use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or applied ML in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous application design.
• Hands-on experience with agentic LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and tool/function calling.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Git, Terraform).
• Proven ability to deliver complex AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines, testing, and governance.
