What you will do

• Develop tools, frameworks, and services that enable the creation of powerful Generative AI solutions.
• Build and maintain solutions for accessing and integrating various Large Language Model (LLM) providers.
• Implement evaluations to measure and improve the quality of GenAI offerings.
• Collaborate in an agile environment using short, iterative feedback cycles to solve complex challenges.
• Influence the overall quality of AI tooling to help customers create higher-quality applications faster.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript with a focus on backend solutions.
• Hands-on operational experience with AWS and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Knowledge of the modern AI landscape, specifically Context Engineering and the RAG lifecycle.
• Understanding of best MLOps practices.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Rotterdam, Netherlands.
