What you will do

• Complete daily coating production activities according to machine schedules.
• Prepare coating materials and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Enter process and machine parameters into checklists for every run.
• Monitor coating processes and provide guidance to team members.
• Perform spectral measurements to verify product specifications.
• Manage venting temperatures and handle segment removal post-process.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Must be able to work in a rotating shift pattern or 12-hour shift.
• Ability to read, understand, and train others on SOPs and technical drawings.
• Clear understanding of product quality and systems regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in Optics polishing.
• Experience in Thin Film manufacturing.
