Workplace Engineer

Workplace Engineer: Designing and managing modern workplace solutions with an accent on Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot. Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week).

Salary: From 2300 EUR/month (gross).

What you will do

• Design and manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security, compliance policies, and automation for device management.
• Design and operate enterprise printing solutions and ensure reliable endpoint connectivity.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and 3rd level support for endpoint environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Workplace or Endpoint Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows deployment (Autopilot).
• Solid Microsoft 365 administration skills and identity management (Entra ID/Active Directory).
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience with application packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V, Win32).
• Fluent English required.
