What you will do

• Manage and maintain IT workplace equipment including notebooks, phones, and connectivity for SK/CZ branches.
• Provide technical support, including software installation, upgrades, and device repairs for end-users.
• Onboard new employees and provide training on hardware, software, and internal IT services.
• Handle IT hardware distribution, inventory tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Create and review internal processes to establish a more efficient IT Service Point.
• Resolve complex and non-standard technical requests and complaints from colleagues.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in an IT-related university program.
• Strong interest and foundational know-how in IT workplace technologies.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-finding approach.
• Strong self-organization skills and willingness to take responsibility.
• Must be based in or able to work in Bratislava (Hybrid).
