What you will do
- Support the vulnerability management program, prepare reporting, and help IT owners address security weaknesses.
- Own the US penetration testing schedule and coordinate with third-party testing providers.
- Work with software developers to promote secure coding practices.
- Assist with security incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in designing and implementing security solutions and collaborate with IT teams on system and application security.
- Manage business-as-usual security activities, including security tickets and queries, while monitoring emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity role.
- Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, technologies, and vulnerability management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and turn complex security challenges into actionable insights.
Nice to have
- Degree in Information Security or a related field.
- Experience with cloud security in Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, and Kusto Query Language.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as GIAC.
