What you will do

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels.
  • Develop and implement advanced measurement and attribution frameworks for marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance by integrating KPIs with business data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage strategic budgets and media allocations to ensure efficient customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate TV pricing and manage high-level relationships with media agencies and partners.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative, data-backed campaign concepts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling complex online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience in SQL or BigQuery.
  • Extensive experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships at a senior level.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a structured mindset for managing high-stakes projects.
  • Fluency in an additional European language (German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese) is a significant asset.
