What you will do

• Standardize and develop group-wide finance processes including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Manage the finance systems landscape, including ERP and subsystem integrations.
• Define process standards and control requirements in collaboration with finance functions.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance across all entities.
• Support the integration of new entities into existing finance structures.
• Document system logic and process standards to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Several years of experience in finance transformation, systems, or process management.
• Solid understanding of accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in Ottobrunn.
• Experience working in international environments.
