What you will do

• Lead commercial management and develop financial and administrative structures for the joint venture.
• Manage liquidity planning, budgeting, and cost controlling in a high-growth environment.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB).
• Develop transparent management and shareholder reporting systems.
• Oversee HR commercial processes, including budget planning, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage and improve ERP systems to ensure data quality and process consistency.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a commercial leadership role (e.g., Head of Finance or Finance Lead).
• Deep expertise in Finance & Controlling and German GAAP (HGB).
• Proven track record of building and scaling commercial structures and reporting systems.
• Experience with ERP system management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Wessling, Germany.
