AI Prompt Engineer (Automation & Workflow Systems) (LLMs/Automation): Designing and operationalizing AI-driven workflows to eliminate manual processing and streamline high-volume business functions with an accent on translating business processes into AI-executable workflows and building reusable prompt frameworks. Focus on integrating LLMs into operational pipelines, optimizing for cost and reliability at scale, and implementing RAG systems.
Location: Remote (Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney time)

What you will do
- Map end-to-end business processes to identify and implement AI automation opportunities.
- Convert manual workflows into AI-driven pipelines using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Build structured, reusable prompt libraries and multi-step AI agents for recurring business tasks.
- Integrate AI outputs into CRM, finance, and operational systems via Zapier, Make, n8n, and Airtable.
- Implement QA frameworks for AI output validation and optimize prompts for cost, speed, and reliability.
- Document AI logic and train internal staff on newly enabled AI-driven processes.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in AI automation, prompt engineering, or workflow engineering.
- Strong understanding of LLM behaviors (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows with Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into structured logic systems.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability.
- Experience in operations-heavy environments (finance, accounting, admin, BPO, or SaaS).
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Experience with RAG systems and vector databases.
- Background in accounting or finance operations.
- Knowledge of data pipelines or ETL systems.
