What you will do

• Turn AI experiments into reusable assets like templates, skill libraries, and agent registries.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to automate knowledge management and surface operational insights.
• Create scalable frameworks and standards for organizational AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are maintainable and hand-off ready.
• Support the internal AI champion network by identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training.
• Continuously explore and implement new AI tools and workflows to improve internal efficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping real-world AI solutions or automations.
• Proficiency with AI tools, prompting, and practical AI workflows.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tbilisi, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience integrating APIs and external systems.
