What you will do

• Own and evolve the design system, including components, design tokens, accessibility standards, documentation, and implementation quality with engineering.
• Define and scale shared interaction patterns, design principles, and foundational frameworks across products and workflows.
• Translate product insights into reusable system-level solutions that improve speed, alignment, and design quality.
• Build governance models, decision frameworks, and documentation that support organization-wide adoption of design standards.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation aligned with technical constraints and product architecture.
• Drive adoption and consistency across multiple product areas and influence long-term product direction, including AI-in-design-workflow exploration.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to a design system at scale in a product organization.
• Strong systems thinking across interaction design, UX frameworks, information architecture, and visual design.
• Deep product design craft with expertise in UI, interaction, and scalable design principles.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams and understanding of implementation constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, adoption, and consistency across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence design decisions and system adoption.
