Compensation: $293,000 – $490,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing Identity Infrastructure team, balancing technical direction with team empowerment.
• Define the strategy for the identity platform as the policy plane for access across people, agents, workloads, and clouds.
• Scale Access Manager for evolving human and agent lifecycles, ensuring access is contextual and accountable.
• Build the access graph and resource catalog to make access decisions risk-aware and explainable.
• Replace broad standing privileges with risk-tiered access and establish first-class authorization for agents and workloads.
• Operate identity infrastructure as a mission-critical platform with strong observability and rigorous incident learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and developing engineering teams that own large-scale platforms.
• Experience owning security-critical production systems where reliability, least privilege, and auditability are essential.
• Deep judgment across cloud infrastructure, IAM, authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on technical depth to guide architecture, pressure-test designs, and manage tradeoffs.
• Track record of turning complex infrastructure problems into adopted platforms across diverse engineering and security teams.
