What you will do

• Perform daily management of paid social campaigns, including launches, budgets, bidding, and reporting.
• Research and execute strategic actions to meet client marketing goals through paid social opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify and implement efficient optimization opportunities.
• Provide creative guidance based on performance data and results.
• Mentor and support team members to improve their campaign management and goal-setting skills.
• Stay current with Meta and TikTok Business Manager feature releases and policies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of diverse media experience including online advertising, paid search, and paid social.
• Proven experience implementing and reporting on campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for data interpretation.
• Facebook Blueprint Media Buying Professional Certification required by month 3 of employment.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify used for confirmation).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
