Salary: $110,800 – $166,100

What you will do

• Execute long-range real estate strategy including market analysis and white-space review.
• Research and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for new stores and relocations.
• Coordinate with external brokerage networks to develop site pipelines.
• Negotiate letters of intent and manage transaction documentation in partnership with legal and leadership.
• Prepare site evaluation packages and assist with executive site tours.
• Collaborate with construction and cross-functional partners to ensure project compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of retail real estate, site selection, or leasing experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demographic/strategic location software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Advanced degree or relevant real estate coursework.
• Licensed real estate broker or agent status.
• Experience supporting purchase agreements or store development transactions.
