What you will do

• Architect and develop intelligent, multi-step, tool-using agents using LLMs and MCP frameworks.
• Design and implement agent orchestration frameworks and model-driven decision logic.
• Build robust, production-grade agent capabilities within cloud-based analytics ecosystems.
• Provide technical leadership and drive proof-of-concept innovation for agentic patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate experimental architectures into real-world impact.
• Ensure AI solutions align with technical, operational, and federal security objectives.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years to pass public trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Proven experience developing agentic AI solutions, including planning, tool utilization, and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with LLM development practices including RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices including monitoring, deployment automation, and governance.

Nice to have

• Experience building multi-agent systems or agent swarms.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of safety-oriented design patterns and guardrails for autonomous systems.
• Experience with HIPAA and federal security standards for sensitive data.
