What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable Generative AI and Machine Learning systems into production environments.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI features, including backend API services, model monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
• Implement RAG architectures and optimize LLMs using prompt engineering for business planning use cases.
• Build the retrieval and knowledge layer using vector databases, graph databases, and embedding pipelines.
• Engineer feature and context pipelines for large-scale forecasting and anomaly-detection models.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction of AI features.

Requirements

• Extensive data engineering experience delivering complex projects.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML products in production.
• Practical expertise with RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices including CI/CD, testing, and code review.
• Strong expertise in MLOps and LLMOps for reliable and monitorable model deployments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native ML infrastructure and model serving frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT, or Ray.
• Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
• Background in forecasting, planning, or analytics applications.
• Experience with model observability tools such as LangSmith, W&B, or MLflow.
