Salary: $143,000 - $169,229 per year

What you will do
- Lead visual creative development for brand campaigns, social media, and product storytelling.
- Establish and evolve the company's visual identity and design standards across all platforms.
- Build scalable design systems and modular frameworks to support rapid iteration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Editorial, Social, and Product Marketing to translate strategy into visual solutions.
- Implement AI-assisted design workflows to improve speed and creative effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide creative direction to designers, freelancers, and production partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in design, art direction, or creative leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in campaigns, social content, and brand systems.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, motion, and modern design systems.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects in fast-paced environments.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify used).
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted creative tools.
- Background in lifestyle, entertainment, or cannabis-related brands.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and internet culture.
- Motion design and video storytelling skills.
