What you will do

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and develop original creative concepts for pitches and RFP submissions.
  • Oversee the design and structure of high-stakes client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Create compelling infographics, key visuals, and narrative elements using design software.
  • Apply social media insights to ensure creative concepts are platform-appropriate and culturally relevant.
  • Integrate AI-based tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT into creative workflows to enhance ideation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior creatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative, art direction, or design-focused role within an agency.
  • Compelling portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design and brand storytelling.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and cultural trends.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills for presenting concepts to clients.
