What you will do

• Lead creative strategy for enterprise engagements to accelerate the adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform.
• Translate brand guidelines into agentic workflows, prompts, and guardrails that produce professional lifecycle creative.
• Produce high-fidelity creative work to prove the platform's capabilities to sophisticated enterprise brands.
• Optimize email performance via A/B tests and iteration based on engagement and conversion data.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine model behavior and influence future feature development.
• Document successful patterns to build a scalable knowledge base of AI-driven creative taste.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating real lifecycle programs and email campaigns is mandatory.
• Deep experience in email design, with a strong grasp of layout, hierarchy, and cross-client rendering.
• High fluency in generative AI tools, including the latest image models and node-based UIs.
• Experience working directly with enterprise marketing teams and navigating brand/legal approval processes.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing targets, such as onboarding, nurture, and retention.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify).
