Senior BI & Analytics Engineer (AdTech): Owning and scaling analytics infrastructure across global finance, operations, and product functions with an accent on financial reporting, data modeling, and pipeline engineering. Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid work format).

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain production Power BI dashboards and semantic models for financial and operational KPIs.
- Develop robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines sourcing data from ERP, CRM, HRIS, and payroll systems.
- Own multi-entity financial reporting models, including margin analytics, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
- Design and document dimensional data models to maintain a single source of truth across business entities.
- Enable self-service analytics by creating standardized datasets for Finance and Business stakeholders.
- Implement data quality checks and lineage tracking to support SOX-compliant reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
- Expert-level skills in DAX, data modeling, and Power BI deployment.
- Strong SQL proficiency across platforms like SQL Server, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Azure Data Factory, or Python.
- Experience with ERP financial data (ideally NetSuite) and CRM models (Salesforce).
- English: C1 level required (CV must be submitted in English).
Nice to have
- Experience with adtech platforms (MMPs, DSP/SSP APIs).
- Background in adtech, mobile marketing, or FinTech.
- Proficiency in Python for pipeline automation.
- Cloud data platform experience (AWS or GCP).
