Principal Product Manager (IAM Security & Agentic Identity)

What you will do

• Develop and refine the strategic roadmap for the Identity Security portfolio and shape Okta/Auth0 product roadmaps using internal deployment insights.
• Own the “champagne lifecycle” by guiding Alpha features through Early Availability (EA) with internal IAM testing and real-time feedback loops.
• Design anti-session-hijacking rollout strategy for Okta DBSSO and Chrome DBSC to create layered protection against token and cookie exfiltration.
• Define operational and technical guardrails for deploying AI agents, including identity gateways, downscoped runtime permissions, and audit trail requirements.
• Lead execution and technical delivery by writing PRDs/user stories and prioritizing features within Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
• Define and monitor KPI-based reporting for security coverage, testing velocity, and portfolio scope for VP of IAM and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success operating at a Principal level in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong AI & developer tech literacy for authentication/authorization flows in AI agents, LLM applications, security gateways, and developer APIs (including MCP and OAuth 2.0).
• Deep technical understanding of identity threat vectors (AiTM phishing, info-stealer malware, session hijacking) and how cryptographic hardware-binding (TPM, Secure Enclave) protects session state.
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and engineering priorities across matrixed global organizations without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and produce concrete action plans from incomplete or conflicting inputs.
• Elite executive communication skills to brief leadership and translate technical architecture into business value.
