What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Issue and Exception Management product areas.
• Build exception management from the ground up, partnering with sales to scope and ship MVP capabilities.
• Lead agentic AI initiatives to automate compliance risk surfacing, routing, and escalation.
• Conduct deep customer discovery with enterprise accounts to translate complex needs into scalable solutions.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to position new features competitively and drive pipeline growth.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization and communicate progress across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 6–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of building for enterprise or upmarket customers with complex workflows.
• Experience building AI-powered features with a focus on genuine differentiation.
• Strong commercial fluency and experience partnering with sales or solutions engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to build in greenfield spaces and take products from zero to one.
