What you will do

• Build consumer-facing products that put generative AI directly into the hands of creators.
• Develop the infrastructure required to accelerate the development of generative media models.
• Work across the entire stack, from crafting user experiences to optimizing backend systems.
• Design APIs and data models that support evolving product needs and high-throughput applications.
• Iterate quickly based on real user feedback to ship incremental value in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Toronto.
• Experience building and shipping software with real user impact.
• Ability to work comfortably across both frontend and backend systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern web technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Python and React.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Redis, GCP, Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience integrating ML models into production (inference, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
• Track record of shipping consumer-facing AI products or features.
• Experience with real-time systems or high-throughput applications.
