What you will do

• Administer projects across multiple functional areas such as IT, Marketing, and Training.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress against established milestones.
• Facilitate analysis of project requirements, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize project delays.
• Ensure all projects are accurately estimated and billed according to budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to review data and resolve moderate-scope problems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cuajimalpa, Mexico.
