What you will do

• Review project proposals and construction documents to define timelines, budget limits, technical scope, and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop scopes, data closet designs, and data drop plans.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, outlining procedures and coordinating work phases.
• Track expenses and manage budgets while accounting for dependencies and critical path activities.
• Partner with stakeholders and Corporate Real Estate teams to align expectations and requirements.
• Lead project execution by guiding teams and solving problems to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with an IT focus.
• 7-10 years of directly related experience in Information Technology project management.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management, and change management techniques.
• Basic knowledge of network components, desktop computers, and VOIP phones.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Must be based in or able to work in Tulsa, OK.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry.
