What you will do

• Support installation, upgrades, and deployment activities for technology domain environments.
• Identify and address service quality and availability opportunities within the environment.
• Research, evaluate, and select alternative technology approaches for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Recommend resolutions for issues and escalate when needed to meet service level agreements.
• Apply independent judgment while aligning work with security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years of hands-on .NET full stack development with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• 1+ years applying object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, relational database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• 2+ years using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Devin (or similar).
• 1+ years each of unit testing and integration testing, plus 1+ years with test automation tools.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and remediating application security vulnerabilities; strong secure coding practices and SDLC knowledge.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
