What you will do

• Define and steward reference architectures and engineering patterns for AI systems across the organization.
• Lead high-ambiguity technical initiatives from problem definition to production impact.
• Establish org-wide standards for AI system quality, including testing, evaluation, and safety patterns.
• Partner with executive leadership to co-create technical strategy and roadmap investments.
• Mentor engineers through structured coaching and architectural sponsorship to elevate technical decision-making.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic, cross-cutting technical issues spanning multiple domains.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Python in production environments.
• 3+ years of experience designing and operating LLM-based solutions at production scale.
• Deep fluency with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Expertise in the AI/ML tooling ecosystem, including agentic frameworks and GenAI infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with container orchestration and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
