What you will do

• Communicate with members about medical history and screening results.
• Maintain and update medical records and documentation.
• Act as a liaison to radiology partners to obtain results and request additional information.
• Support administrative tasks for member care and Medical Team workflows.
• Assist with clinical research participation and help improve clinical workflow.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Medical Director, and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain SOPs.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant degree with certification.
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience with strong clinical skills.
• Quiet work environment/office space with high-speed internet connectivity.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and tools such as Zoom and Slack.
• Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask with strong time management.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Experience with clinical research.
