What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Develop and deliver program strategies to meet client objectives and growth goals.
• Recruit new affiliates and manage affiliate migrations in collaboration with clients and publisher teams.
• Produce insightful reports and analyses using advanced platforms like Tableau, SimilarWeb, and PowerBI.
• Proactively solve client issues and maintain professional communication with publishers and internal teams.
• Attend client and networking events to enhance relationship development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of account management experience in the affiliate marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate types.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel), PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
